Clinical Practice Shaped Over Three Decades

John Tsagaris has spent more than thirty years examining the relationship between internal health, nervous system state, tissue behaviour and the way a face visibly ages. His approach is grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine and continually informed by modern skin biology, fascia research, mechanobiology and neurophysiology. He holds a BSc Honours degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Human Bioscience from Middlesex University and completed clinical training connected with Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, including experience at Xi Yuan and Yi Yuan hospitals. Further study in dermatology and aesthetic practice helped shape his particular focus on skin longevity.

From Clinical Observation to a Proprietary Method

Acuskinlift™ did not begin as a branding exercise or a fixed collection of points. It developed through repeated clinical observation of how different faces respond to needling, tissue engagement, manual work and systemic regulation. John recognised that a standard map could not account for individual patterns of facial tension and structural change. He refined a method based on deliberate needle and tissue engagement, supported by skin booster nappage mesotherapy, photobiomodulation and a distinctive auricular neuromodulation protocol.

Direct Personal Care

Every London client is assessed and treated by John himself. This continuity draws on more than three decades of personal clinical practice, enabling him to observe response over time, refine treatment at each visit and make skincare, aftercare and health optimisation recommendations in the context of the whole person.

Practitioner and Educator

John teaches qualified acupuncture and medical aesthetic professionals through the Acuskinlift™ Academy. He is also developing his clinical observations through professional writing and research, including work on auricular neuromodulation as a possible interface between nervous system regulation and facial ageing. John’s research on auricular neuromodulation and facial ageing has been accepted for poster presentation at RCCM 2026.

Teaching the Method

I am an IICT approved Pioneer Training Provider across the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, and teach the Acuskinlift™ Method to qualified practitioners through the Academy, in person and online.

London, and Abroad

I practise at 14 Devonshire Place, Marylebone, London, W1G 6HX, in the Harley Street Medical District, on selected clinic dates each month. International work is by invitation, and all bookings run through the London clinic.

Across more than three decades of clinical practice, John has worked within internationally recognised wellness institutions and luxury destinations, including Harrods Wellness Clinic, SHA Wellness Clinic and Lanserhof at The Arts Club, alongside his ongoing collaboration with Clinique La Prairie in Madrid and a visiting practice at One&Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives. These environments refined his ability to provide highly individual treatment for an international clientele while preserving the depth and diagnostic discipline of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Human Bioscience.

Clients who first experienced John’s work at Harrods Wellness Clinic or Lanserhof at The Arts Club can now request private appointments with him at 14 Devonshire Place, within the Harley Street Medical District.
